Shipping policy

We love and respect our planet, so are pleased to let you know that we don't use plastic courier bags and avoid plastic bubblewrap, packing peanuts and other unnecessary evils!

We aim to send your order out to you within one to two working days.

Within New Zealand, we use overnight courier (excluding rural delivery) so you can expect your order to arrive pretty swiftly. Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of $5 per order.

For international orders, our shipping is at the flat rate of $10 per order and takes a few days longer to arrive (sometimes around a week). It is also currenctly an untracked service so sadly we can't take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
